New Year New Light?

 Like any year before it, 2024 has arrived and ushered in in grand style globally.

Interestingly, everyone looks forward to the January 1 entrance even if they don't follow the Gregorian calendar.

The new year usually marks the beginning of a new calendar for many businesses and corporations as well as governments and individuals.

It is seen as a fresh beginning for many. A fresh beginning to correct the past mistakes or a fresh beginning to reinvent things.

Can the new year be translated to a new light for a majority of people who would have found themselves in the dark side of life in the previous years.

Could there be new rays of light to those who have lost faith in the establishment, religion, family, friends and other fibres that connect us to the living?

Time will tell but what factors would determine if it's a ray of new light and who exactly would be responsible; the individual, family, friends, the government, God, destiny or fate?

Looking Beyond Obstacles

 Hurray! We made it to 2024 and its the 3rd day of the first month of the year. Many are rounding up their vacation, while a few are back to work.

For many of the world’s population and entrepreneurs, 2023 was one of the most gloomy and they wonder, if 2024 would make a positive difference.

The poor economy globally, made life and business miserable and lack of money was a major obstacle to a majority of people achieving their goals.

In many lands, bad politicians who rig their way into office against the wishes of the majority of citizens ushered in a future of hopelessness and an obstacle to the peace and unity of such nations.

However, as an individual, you must see beyond the obstacles and first set in motion a survival instinct. You must explore ways to bring a major of joy to your heart because a sick heart would hardly achieve any good.
